Your holiday rental

The residence is made up of several 4-storey buildings (some with and some without lift), built in the typical architectural style, in the colours of the region, with direct access to the fine sandy beach (50 m from the residence). The apartments on the ground floor have a small garden whereas those on the upper storeys have a terrace. 500m from the shops.

Outdoor non-heated swimming-pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), laundry (with extra charge, open during reception opening hours), free outdoor car park (1 parking spot per apartment) and municipal car park at 20 m

Accomodation

The apartments, ranging from the 2-roomed apartment for 4 to the 3-roomed apartment for 8, are comfortable and fully equipped with kitchenette (dishwasher and mini-oven), shower with toilet and terrace.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival you MUST inform the reception, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

Reception opening times: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10.00 am to 12.00
Friday from 10.00 am to 12.00 and from 4.00 to 7.00 pm
Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.00 and from 2.00 to 8.00 pm

How to get to the resort

- By car : Motorway A9 exit N°34 Agde-Pézenas, direction Vias then Vias Plage.
RN 112 or RN 32, take Vias then Vias Plage (between Béziers and Agde).
At Vias Plage take direction plage de La Farinette. At the end, turn right, the residence is at
300 m on your left. Go round the residence for reeption

- By train: Vias or Béziers railway station. Bus link or taxi

- By plane : Béziers Vias (10 km), Montpellier airports (60 km)
