Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit will be given back after inventory on the day of departure or sent by post.
The apartment should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Small pets admitted. Vaccination certificate and tatoo obligatory. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, after inventory, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

High season: every day from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm
Low season: every day from 9.00 am to 12.00 and from 2.00 to 6.00 pm

Take the A10 motorway, exit Sainte direction Royan. Take the direction Soulac-sur-Mer.
Then direction Vendays- Montalivet.
