Vars is a resort in the Hautes Alpes offering a series of traditional little hamlets, of a typically mountainous nature, alongside a large resort, which is dynamic and lively. Your holiday rental

The Residence « Pra-Sainte-Marie » » is situated at Vars, in the region of the Hautes Alpes in the hamlet of Sainte-Marie opposite the Olympic ski slope of Vars and the 4-seat, detachable chair lift. The nearest shops are at 10 minutes’ walking distance from the Residence “Pra-Sainte Marie” (small supermarket and bakery). The hamlet of Claux, which houses most of the shops and services, is easily accessible thanks to a free shuttle service, which runs between the four hamlets that make up the village..

Accomodation

The apartments, ranging from the studio apartment for 2 to the 3-roomed apartment, with cabine, for 6/7 pers, are all fully equipped : kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, micro wave oven / grill and dish washer), bathroom or shower , fee-paying television and WiFi.

Five 2-roomed apartments for 4 pers are equipped for persons of reduced mobility.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, after inventory, before 10.00 am

How to get to the resort

By car : From Marseille : A51 to Gap/Tallard, then direction Embrun-Guillestre-Vars.
From Paris : A6 to Lyon, A43 to Grenoble, direction Briançon via the Lautaret mountain-pass, then Guillestre-Vars or Gap via the Bayard mountain-pass, then Embrun-Guillestre-Vars.

By train : Montdauphin Guillestre (18 km), or Briançon railway stations.

By plane : Turin airport.
