Your holiday rental

The Residence Les Sources de Manon is situated near the village of Vallon Pont d’Arc (a 10 minute walk) and so reaps the benefit of a wide range of shops and facilities. The complex is made up of 2 separate areas, each comprising groups of 4 to 6 apartments.

At your disposal

2 outdoor swimming pools with paddling pool (1 open from April to September, heated until mid-June and from mid-September and 1 non-heated, open in July and August), rental of electric barbecue, fee-paying WiFi in the apartments launderette (with charge) and free outdoor car park.

Accomodation

The apartments are all fully equipped: kitchenette (dishwasher and multi-functional microwave), bathroom or shower with toilet, fee-paying television and WiFi access and terrace.


The 3-roomed apartments for 6 pers are equipped for persons of reduced mobility : on the ground floor and on one level: 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 pull out bed and 1 extra put-you-up bed in the living room, upper and lower cupboards, shower room with toilet, conform to persons with reduced mobility. Access to these apartments via alleyways. Disabled parking spots close to these apartments and to the reception.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm, or Sunday between 4.00 and 7.00 pm
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence before 8.00 pm, who will give you the procedure to follow

How to get to the resort

- By car: From Paris : 650 km
Take motorway A6 to Lyon then follow A7 Marseille-Saint Etienne.
Exit N°18 and N7 for 15 km. Continue on D13, go past Bourg Saint Andéol, continue on D4 to Vallon Pont d’Arc. At Vallon Pont d’Arc, follow direction Lagorce and on the D1 follow the signposts to Odalys after the sign indicating the exit of Vallon Pont d’Arc.
OR
Take exit Montélimar north N°17, follow direction Le Teil then Aubenas. At Lavilledieu, take direction Ruoms then Vallon Pont d’Arc. At Vallon Pont d’Arc, follow direction Lagorce and on the D1 ollow the signposts to Odalys after the sign indicating the exit of Vallon Pont d’Arc.

GPS : enter « Route de Bourg » so that you arrive at the exit of Vallon, direction Saint Remèze.

- By train : Montélimar or Valence railway stations, then bus link for Vallon Pont d’Arc (in July and August)

- By plane: Nîmes (80 km) or Lyon Saint Exupéry airports.
