Your holiday rental

The Residence is a former old house, dating from the XVIIIth century, situated in the heart of the old town, 200 m away from the cathedral, not far from the harbour and shops. The Residence (2 storeys with lift) is made up of 45 apartments. It is close to all shops and to a supermarket.

At your disposal

The following are at your disposal : a small, indoor heated swimming pool, spa and sauna ( with entrance fee and reservation necessary), fee-paying Wi-Fi connection, games room, board games available to borrow, tourist guides and basic fishing equipment. Free, outdoor, municipal car park at 300 m.

Accomodation

This authentic Residence proposes for your holiday rental apartments ranging from the studio apartment for 3/4 pers to a 3-roomed apartment for 7 pers (some with mezzanine) all fully equipped with kitchenette (with oven), shower with toilet and fee-paying television.

One 3-roomed apartment for 7 is accessible to the disabled (with the exception of upstairs bedrooms).
There is a parkiong spot for persons of reduced mobility close to the residence.
Slope up to the residence, lift allowing passage of a wheelchair and access to the apartment specially equipped for persons of reduced mobility on the first floor.
This apartment contains a sofa bed in the living room (accessible to persons of reduced mobility), shower tray on ground level and raised toilet.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5 and 8 pm
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5pm onwards.

Reception opening times : Mon, Tues Thurs and Fri from 10am to 12-00 and 4 to 7pm , Sat from 8am to 12-00 and 2 to 8pm, Sunday from 10am to 12-00. Closed all day Wednesday and Sunday afternoon

How to get to the resort

- By car: Motorway to Rennes, then N12 direction Brest. After Saint Brieuc, take D6 exit Paimpol/Lanvollon to Tréguier, after the bridge, turn left at the roundabout (direction Lannion) avenue J. Guehenno). At the end of the avenue, you come to a roundabout (avenue des Etats de Bretagne, towards the town-centre). Carry straight on the l’avenue des Etats de Bretagne, at the stop, the residence is in front of you.
