Opposite the sea and looking out over Saint Anne’s bay, and the little island of Costaeres, the residential complex is situated 100 m from the shops and has direct access to the coastal path.

Accomodation

The apartments, from the studio apartment for 2 pers to the 2/3-roomed apartment for 6 pers, are all fully equipped : kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, microwave, dishwasher), shower, generally separate toilet and fee-paying television

Two 2-roomed apartments for 4 pers are eqipped for persons of reduced mobility (please specify on reservation and warn the Residence in advance)

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Remember to bring your computer if you wish to use the internet connection

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5 and 8 pm
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5pm onwards.

How to get to the resort

- By car: A11 motorway Rennes, then N12 direction Brest. After Guingamp, take the exit Kernilien
Lannion D767. At Lannion take the D11 direction Trégastel. At Trégastel, follow direction boulevard du Coz Pors.. The residence is situated, on your left, opposite the bay of Sainte Anne.

- By train: Lannion or Guingamp railway stations. Bus link.

- By plane: Lannion airport (10 km).
