Situated on the south-west coast of Corsica between Propriano and Bonifacio, 5 Km from the picturesque port of Tizzano and from beaches, this little hamlet, offering a breath of fresh air, consists of 27 luxury apartments, set in a 3-hectare garden.

The Residence, situated amidst vineyards, proposes for your holiday rental 27 quality apartments sleeping 4 to 8 pers, with fully equipped kitchenette (with oven) bathroom, separate toilet and terrace with view of the swimming pool.

Useful information

A valid identity card or passport (including for babies) is required to pass through port or airport

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm (outside these times, please contact the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow to collect your keys)
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards
