Talmont Saint Hilaire, in the Vendée region, south of the Sables d’Olonne, is a seaside resort with many assets: fine, sandy beaches, a pleasure marina, salt marshes, dunes, an estuary, rocky coastline, forests, farmland and a rich historical heritage.

The Domaine Saint Martin, an outdoor residential complex, is situated at Talmont Saint Hilaire, in the Vendée region, 9 km south of the Sables d’Olonne, just 800m from the sea, on a magnificent rugged coast-line.
(coast at 300 m, access to the beach at 3km and shops at Bourgenay at 2 km)

At your disposal

Non-heated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool open from mid-May to mid-September, heated, indoor swimming pool with spa open from April to the end of October. Volley-ball court, tennis, and basket ball, ping-pong table . Children's playground, fee-paying Internet reception point and bike-hire.
Free shuttle in July and August for the beach of Le Veillon or Les Sables d’Olonne.

Accomodation

The site offers mobile-homes for 4/5 and 4/6 persons and little houses for 4/6 persons, equipped with kitchen (micro wave and dishwasher in the little houses), shower with toilet, and terrace.

The mobile-homes are are on a plot of of about 200m2, they are equipped with a terrace with garden furniture.

The little houses have a garden of about 30 m2, they are equipped with a terrace with garden furniture.

In July and August :

- Free activities for children (5 half-days per week) from 4 to 11 years

- Free« Adosphère » Activities for teenagers from 12 to 15 years

- Activities and entertainment for all during the day.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit ((2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted (only 1 pet per accommodation) : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).

Arrival on Saturday between 5 and 8 pm

Departure on Saturday, between 8 and 10 am (make an appointment with the reception to indicate your approximate departure time)


In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the site, who will give you the procedure to follow

Special Christmas and New Year: possibility of arrival and departure on the day of your choice (7-night stay) Closed from 07/01 to 10/02/12.

How to get to the resort

By car : Océane motorway A11 Paris, Le Mans, Angers, Nantes, La Roche sur Yon, then direction Les
Sables d’Olonne. Follow Talmont Saint Hilaire, then turn right at the race-track (4km before Talmont). Take the direction of the coast and the aquarium and at the end of the road take a right turn, 1st roundabout Vitalys Domaine Saint Martin (200m from the aquarium)

Coming from the south: go to Luçon, then follow Les Sables d’Olonne. Go through Talmont Saint
Hilaire, then after 2,5 km turn left, direction Port Bourgenay. Follow the golf course towards Les
Sables d’Olonne, by the coast road. At the roundabout, turn right, follow Vitalys Domaine Saint Martin.

- By train: Les Sables d'Olonne railway station (direct TGV from Paris) (6 km).

- By plane : Nantes Atlantique airoport(100 km).
