Stintino is a little village situated in the north of Sardinia. It benefits from the most beautiful beach on the island : La Pelosa, which is reputed for its turquoise waters and its fine, white sand.

Stintino is an ancient fishing village, which has preserved all its charm of former times. It is pleasant to stroll in the shady little narrow streets or along the quaysides of its ports, where fishing boats or pleasure boats are moored. Stintino is the wild and unspoiled side of Sardinia , whether the granite coast-line, shaped by the wind, or in the wide open spaces of its hinterland. In the summer, Stintino is a dynamic town, offering numerous shows, activities and events for the delight of all the family.

Your holiday rental

The residence is one of the most famous holiday complexes in Stintino.
Situated precisely between Stintino and Capo Falcone on the north-west coast, it offers a marvellous, panoramic view over the Salines beach.
The various buildings are spread out over an estate of 200 Hectares, surrounded by flowered gardens, glassy lakes and relaxation and play areas. The residence is just 3 kms from the Salines beach and 8 kms from the centre of Stintino.

It is only 20 minutes from Porto Torres, 1h30 from Olbia, 80 minutes from Alghero and 1h30 from Cagliari.

Accomodation

The apartments and villas are distinguished by a careful and tasteful interior decoration, reminiscent of the « «costa Smeralda ». They are all fully equipped with TV, washing machine, ironing board and iron, barbecue, furnished terrace or balcony and a parking spot.
The grouped apartments are part of small estates of 8/15 villas and benefit from a garden and communal swimming pool while the independent villas have their own private swimming pool and garden.

Useful information

The fragility of the Italian system of energy is a reality in Sardinia. The electricity board norms are only 300 megawatts and as a result of this, it is not possible, for example, to use two electrical appliances at the same time.
As Italy is not equipped with nuclear energy, the risk of a power-cut or of a black-out linked partly to the hot climate, might inconvenience you.

In case of arrival after 8.00 pm, you MUST inform the residence, before office closing-time to give an approximate arrival time (a supplement is to be paid for all arrivals after 8.00 pm)

How to get to the resort

From Porto Torres (33 kms) : Exit Porto Torres, continue on : Via Ponte Romano, at the round-about, take the second exit, continue on : Via Vespucci, direction Stintino. Turn left : Via dell'Industria, direction de Stintino/Alghero/Sassari- At the round-about, take the second exit, continue on: SS131 direction : Sassari – after 5 kms take the exit SP 34 at pozzo San Nicola take direction Stintino. The village Stintino Country Paradise is situated a few kilometres before the town centre on your left.

From Alghero : (53 kms) : Alghero, Fertilia airport, turn right : SS291 go through Santa Maria la Palma - At the round-about, take the third exit, continue on the SP42, go through Campanedda, continue on the SP34 At pozzo San Nicola takedirection Stintino. The village Stintino Country Paradise is situated a few kilometres before the town centre on your left.

From Olbia : (147 kms) : SS125 / Strada Statale 125 Orientale Sarda new 4-lane road, direction Sassari SS597 / E840, at the entrance of Sassari, take direction Porto Torres/Alghero. Exit at Porto Torres take the exit SP 34. At pozzo San Nicola take direction Stintino. The village Stintino Country Paradise is situated a few kilometres before the town centre on your left.
