- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5 and 8 pm
In case of late arrival you MUST inform the reception, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5pm onwards.

How to get to the resort

- By car : A11 motorway from Paris then Rennes-Saint Malo by the RN137.
Take the exit towards Saint Malo/Cancale/Port Paramé. Go into Saint Malo and take the D301 (avenue du Général de Gaulle) direction Saint Malo centre/Cancale/Port Paramé. Straight on, then
direction Cancale/Paramé. At the 1st roundabout, take direction Cancale/Saint Meloir
(avenue Maréchal Juin). At the 2nd roundabout, turn left towards the
H. Lemarié/Rotheneuf stadium. Straight on towards Rotheneuf. At the stop, (on the right of a Shopi supermarket), keep straight on (avenue des Fontenelles). At the « cédez le
passage »sign, turn right (direction Rotheneuf) and the residence is on the right, at the traffic lights, after 500 m

- By train : Saint Malo railway station (TGV as far as Rennes or Saint Malo).

By plane: Rennes airport or Dinard/Pleurtuit airfield
