Soustons-Plage, 35 km from Dax, 38 km from Bayonne and 45 km from Biarritz, built around a 60- hectare salt water lake, is the jewel in the crown of the south coast of the Landes. Its beaches stretching out to eternity, the huge expanse of forest dotted with lakes, rivers and pine-shaded paths offer themselves to your discovery.

Your holiday rental

The apartments and little houses are spread over a 5-hectare complex, 500m from the sea-water lake and 1700m from the ocean, grouped around a huge swimming pool.
The centre of the resort and all shops are at a distance of 1.5 km. Car absolutely necessary

The following are at your disposal: outdoor, non-heated swimming pool with paddling pool, open from mid-May to the end of September, volleyball court, petanque area, table tennis, 3 tennis courts (to be reserved and with deposit), activity room (in July and August), crazy golf, fee-paying cyberspace and Wi-Fi hot spot, launderette (with charge), bike and racket hire, car park at the entrance to the complex (with limited number of places)

Attractions of the residence

- Outdoor, non-heated swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September, open from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm, without life-guard, and paddling pool for children

Accomodation

All the apartments, ranging from the studio apartment with cabine for 2/3 pers to the 4-roomed apartment for 8, are fully equipped : kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, in the small houses, microwave, dishwasher), shower, generally separate toilet and television (with charge)
The small houses have an open-air terrace.

5 apartments for 3 and 4 pers (on the ground floor) are equipped for persons with reduced mobility ( for 4 pers: 1 double and 2 single beds OR 2 single and 2 bunk beds, for 3 pers: pull out bed for 2 + 1 single bed).

Leisure activities

Free in July and August:
- Daytime activities (games, sporting championships, gym, multimedia…) and evening entertainment (shows, cabaret…)
- Free children's club for 4 to 11 year olds (5 half-days a week)
- Free teenagers' club for 12 to 15 year olds
Open from Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 12.30 and from 3.00 to 6.30 pm.
Activities led by qualified monitors.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs not allowed in the swimming pool or restaurant and are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

- Tennis courts are to be reserved at the reception with deposit.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday or Sunday from 5 pm
In case of late arrival you MUST inform the reception, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturdayor Sunday, before 10 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5pm onwards.

By Car : Motorway to Bordeaux exit Magescq, direction Soustons by D652, then Soustons-Plage/ Port d'Albret sud (before Vieux Boucau).

By train :Dax (30 km) (TGV) ore Bayonne (35 km) railway stations. Bus link, taxi or hire car

By plane : Biarritz/Parme airport (60 km). Onward journey by taxi or hire car
