- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) to be paid on the premises.No tourist tax.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
Type of payment accepted for the deposit : Carte bleue/Visa/Mastercard, no cheques

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday from 3.00 pm
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow (emergency number on the door)
Departure on Saturday, between 8.00 and 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.disposal and the keys given to you, from 5pm onwards.

Reception

Reception : English/French (open every day from 9.00 am to 12.00 and from 4.00 to 7.00 pm, Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.00 and from 3.00 to 8.00 pm). Closed on Wednesdays (except July and August)
