Seignosse-le-Penon, this dynamic seaside resort on the Côte d’Argent, is ideally situated : at the very southern extremity of the Landes region, on the doorstep of the Pays Basque and Spain and near the Pyrenees.

Accommodation at the resort

The residence is situated at Seignosse Le Penon, in a 6-hectare pine forest, just 300 m from the Atlantique Ocean, near a fine sandy beach that stretches out over 8 km and just next to Hossegor and Capbreton.


The 2-roomed apartments for 4/5 pers are equipped with kitchenette (microwave and dishwasher), shower with toilet, telephone, television and balcony.

The following are at your disposal: 2 tennis courts, beach volley court, health and fitness room, restaurant (from 29/05 to 02/10), bar, Wi-Fi access, children’s playground, petanque area, table football, ping-pong, bike hire, fee-paying laundry and free outdoor car park (1 parking spot per apartment).

Near by (with supplément) : 18-hole golf courses at Seignosse and Hossegor, Atlantic parc (water sports’ activity park of the Landes region, special prices available on the site), canoëing, walks or bike rides, zoos (Parc de Labenne, Moulin de Poyaller, La pinède des singes etc.), « l’île aux pirates » leisure park, water activities centre at Soustons.

• Sheets, bathroom and household linen, as well as cleaning materials are provided.

Pets
Pets are admitted as long as they were booked in at the time of reservation. Certain simple rules of hygiene must be respected, an up-to-date vaccination certificate is required and they must be kept on a lead within the residence. You must have the animal’s health certificate with you. We are entitled to refuse dangerous or aggressive animals.

How to get to the resort

By plane : Biarritz-Parme airport (35 km).

By train : TGV Atlantique, Dax or Bayonne railway station, onward journey by bus with the company RDTL.

By car : A 63 motorway (which follows on from the N10 coming from Bordeaux) : exit 10, direction Saint Vincent de Tyrosse / Seignosse. A64 motorway coming from Pau and Toulouse : exit 6, Peyrehorade direction Saint-Vincent de Tyrosse and Seignosse.

• The large beaches of the « Côte d’Argent » well-known for their exciting waves (life-guards working from June to September).
• The unspoilt beauty of the forest of the Landes.
• The « étang noir » and its nature reserve, the « étang blanc ».
