Opposite the island of Elbeet, surrounded by a crystal-clear sea, you will be enchanted by this part of Tuscany, " la Maremma ", by the magnificence of its natural setting and by the warm welcome extended by its inhabitants.
This is the other face of Tuscany, more natural and wilder, than the areas around Florence and Siena.
La Maremma is one of the most fascinating areas in Tuscany, with an imposing and wild aspect, very different from the stunning landscapes of the other Tuscany. The land is a colourful one, gentle and fierce at one and the same time : dense forests of beech trees and oaks alternate with olive trees, vines and fields of wheat and sunflowers.
The coastline is also very varied : long, sandy beaches, forests stretching right down to the sea, rocks, falling steeply into the sea and islands that are intact. From theses spots with their impressive landscapes, the visitor finds himself confronted with the unexpected sight of medieval towns, fortresses, powerful strongholds, ancient cathedrals and monasteries

The residence is situated at 3 kms from Scarlino, a magnificent hilltop village perched at an altitude of 230 m et 20 kms from the Gavorrona golf-course.
In a lush, green park, 9 kms from the sea, the residence is made up of 94 apartments. Swimming pool
(8 m X 16m), paddling pool and jacuzzi (open from 01/05 to 5/10 – weather permitting).
The following are at your disposal: restaurant/pizzeria children's playground, 2 tennis courts, 2
football pitches.

These are all 2-roomed apartments, housing between 2 and 5 people, and all are situated on the ground floor, with garden and a covered, equipped terrace. There is a private parking spot. All apartments are fully equipped, with air-conditioning and TV.

Arrival on Saturday, between 4 and 8 pm. In case of arrival outside these times, please inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow

How to get to the resort

By car : Genova-Livorno (motorway A12/E80), take the exit for Rossignano Marittimo
and continue on the SS1 (Aurelia, Cecina …) Exit at Scarlino, take the direction of Massa Marittima on your right. After about 800 m you will see signposts to « Casa Maremma » on your left.
