Your holiday rental

The residence Liscia Eldi is situated in Sardinia, about 1,2 kms from the centre of San Teodoro and at 25 km from Olbia, very close to the port and the airport and just 600 m from the famous public beach of the Isuledda.
At San Teodoro there are 18 beaches and a lot of little bays, surrounded by scrubland, some of them hidden and only able to be reached on foot.

The residence comprises 128 apartments, in several buildings, either on the ground or on the first floor, with a patio or garden. Swimming pool and paddling pool, restaurant, bar and pizzeria are at your disposal, as well as a tennis court (with entrance fee, to be paid on the premises)

Accomodation

The buildings are surrounded by a huge garden and are situated between 300 and 600 m from the sea. There is a terrace or patio equipped with rattan furniture. All the apartments are fully equipped with a safe, telephone and satellite TV.

Places to visit

Olbia: the main point giving access to the island, before Cagliari, the capital.
Ile Tavolara: a mountain of white rock, rearing up out of the sea at an altitude of nearly 600 m!.
Ile Molara: a granitic island with a circular form, uninhabited and abounding in lovely spots of unspoilt nature.
The Maddalena archipelago : island of la Maddalena, witnessing the many different reigns and conquests that succeeded one another in the past : Phoenician, Roman, Pisan, Genoese, the house of Savoy, and the island of Caprera with the famous house of Garibaldi.
Porto Cervo: the capital of the Smeralda coast, a central meeting place for the international Jet-set
and centre of the great sporting events during the summer. Church of Stella Maris overlooking the sea and offering a magnificent view of the yacht club.
Beaches : at the centre of Porto Rotondo, the Ira beach; the best known in the surrounding area: Cala di
Volpe, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja, Petra Riua, Cala Razza di Giunco and s ‘Arena, Portu di li Coggi, Cala
Arena bianca etc.

Extra information

The fragility of the Italian system of energy is a reality in Sardinia. The electricity board norms are only 300 megawatts and as a result of this, it is not possible, for example, to use two electrical appliances at the same time.

As Italy is not equipped with nuclear energy, the risk of a power-cut or of a black-out linked partly to the hot climate, might inconvenience you.

How to get to the resort

From Olbia: take the four-lane road direction Cagliari, go off at the second exit for San
Teodoro. At the roundabout, go straight on, direction San Teodoro/Porto Ottiolu- turn left at the signpost for Punta Isuledda. The reception of the residence Liscia Eldi is at the end of the road on your right, opposite the swimming pool.
From Porto Torres: take the four-lane road for Sassari then take the S. 597 and the S.S 199
direction Olbia, the four-lane road direction Cagliari, go off at the second exit for San
Teodoro. At the roundabout, go straight on, direction San Teodoro/Porto Ottiolu- turn left at the signpost for Punta Isuledda. The reception of the residence Liscia Eldi is at the end of the road on your right, opposite the swimming pool.
