The Club Residence « Le Domaine des Hauts de Salavas » is set in a magnificent hilly landscape, just a stone's throw away from the charming village of Salavas and just next to Vallon Pont d’Arc. The unprecedented architecture of this holiday rental near the Ardèche Gorges, which respects the traditional style of the region and the natural surroundings, blends perfectly into this authentic environment.

2 outdoor, heated swimming pools, 1 with a water slide (1 open from April to September, heated until mid-June and from mid-September onwards, and 1 non-heated open in July and August), paddling pool, children’s playground, sports' ground, launderette (with charge) and free outdoor car park

Accomodation

The little houses, placed next to one another, in such a way as to be both aesthetic and practical, consist of apartments, from the 2-roomed apartment for 4/5 pers to the 4-roomed apartment for 7 pers, either on one level or with upstairs, all fully equipped : kitchenette (with microwave and dishwasher), bathroom or shower, generally separate toilet, television (with supplement) and terrace or balcony.

Some 2-roomed apartments for 4/5 pers are equipped for persons of reduced mobility Please note that access to the residence is difficult (sloping and stony)

From your base in Salavas, you can visit the Ardèche region with its gorges :

- At Salavas : the chateau, the Gleizasse churches, the Moulin tower

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

Reception opening times: Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 12.00 and from 4.00 to 7.00 pm
Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.00 and from 2.00 to 8.00 pm
Sunday from 10.00 am to 12.00 and from 4.00 to 7.00 pm

How to get to the resort

- By car: From Paris: 670km. A36 to Lyon, then follow A7 Marseille Saint Etienne. Exit Montélimar south N°18 direction Pierrelatte then Bourg Saint Andéol then Vallon Pont d’Arc. At Vallon Pont d’Arc, direction Salavas, pass the town centre, direction Barjac, straight on for 800 m. The residence is on your left.

- Exit Montélimar north N°17,follow direction Le Teil then Aubenas. At Lavilledieu, direction Ruoms then direction Vallon Pont d’Arc. At Vallon Pont d’Arc, direction Salavas, pass the town centre, direction Barjac, straight on for 800 m. The residence is on your left.
The residence is at about an hour from the motorway exits (Montélimar south or north).
