Your holiday rental

The Residence, 1 km from the centre of Sainte Lucie and 2 km from Pinarellu beach, is made up of 30 villas for 6 and 8 people.

Outdoor swimming pool, open from June to September, free WiFi at reception with your own computer, fee-paying launderette and outdoor car park

Accomodation

All the villas are equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, oven or combined microwave, dishwasher), shower room, generally separate toilet, free television, terrace and small, private garden.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm, to collect the keys
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

How to get to the resort

Coming from Ajaccio : Take the N196 direction Bonifacio, then turn left onto the D859 (signs for D859/Porto-Vecchio/Sotta/Figari). Stay on the D859 for about 25 km. At the roundabout, take the N198 direction Porto Vecchio. After Porto Vecchio, stay on the N198 direction Solenzara (do NOT turn left towards Zonza). After about 15 km, at the village of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, turn right at the signpost « Pinarellu » D168a. About 2 km further on, you will see the residence San Martinu on the right.

From Bastia : Take the N193, at the Casamozza roundabout, take the N198 direction Aleria/Solenzara/Bonifacio. Stay on the N198 for about 100 km. At Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, turn left at the signpost « Pinarellu », D168a (do NOT go towards Zonza). About 2 km further on, you will see the residence San Martinu on the right.
