At the foot of the Esterel massif and less than 500 m from the beach la Tortue, the Residence Les Mimosas is situated on the edge of the Boulouris residential area, 100m from small shops and 3 km from the town centre.

Outdoor, non-heated swimming pool, open from April to the end of September, sports’ ground, petanque area, sauna/hammam/spa, with entrance fee, launderette (with charge), fee-paying cyber space and Wi-Fi internet connection and outdoor, closed car park with code.

Accomodation

At the heart of a 3-hectare, wooded park, the apartments, divided up into little groups, from the studio apartment for 2 to the 3/4-roomed duplex apartment for 8, are all fully equipped: kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, microwave, dishwasher (except in studio apartments)), shower with toilet, television (with charge), fee-paying Wi-fi access and balcony or terrace. Air-conditioning in the apartments for 6 and 8 pers.

Five 2-roomed apartments for 4/5 pers are equipped for persons of reduced mobility, accompanied by others.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm and Sunday from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm
In case of late arrival you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday or Sunday, before 10.00 am

How to get to the resort

By car : A8 motorway, exit 37 Puget sur Argens, follow Fréjus-Saint Raphaël then direction Cannes by coast road, at the traffic lights next to the Tortue beach, take the first left, then
straight on to the roundabout, indicating the residence on the left. Follow the road as far as a butcher's, which is on your left, take the first left, go straight on, the residence is 150m on the right. (please note that a residence with green sign, just next to it, is called 'les mimosas')

By train : TGV Méditerranée, Saint Raphaël railway station. Change to TER Saint Raphaël to Boulouris.

By plane : Nice, Toulon/Hyères and Marseille airports.
