The residence, made up of little semi-detached houses, separated by pedestrian alleyways, is situated 800 m from the large beach, the shops and the casino.

Heated outdoor swimming pool, open from June to September, children's playground, fee-paying Internet at reception and in apartments, fitness room, fee-paying laundry and free outdoor car park.

Accomodation

The little 2-roomed houses for 4 and 3-roomed houses for 6 are fully equipped : kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom or shower with toilet, fee-paying television payante and terrace.

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5 and 8 pm
In case of late arrival you MUST inform the reception, before 8.00 pm who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, between 8 and 10 am (you are advised to make an appointment on Thursday morning to indicate your approximate departure time)

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5pm onwards.

Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.00 and from 3.00 to 8.00 pm

By car: From Paris, A 11 l’Océane to Nantes, then by the south take direction Nantes Atlantique airport, then Saint Brévin les Pins.
From Bordeaux, A83 - A10 Bordeaux / Niort / Nantes, then take direction Nantes Atlantique airport, then Saint Brévin les Pins.

By train : Saint Nazaire railway station. Taxi or bus link to the town-centre of Saint Brévin.

By plane : Nantes Atlantique airport.
