Your holiday rental

The residence is situated in the middle of a pine-forest, 700m from the beach and 1.5km from the centre of the town. It is made up of three 3 or 4-storey buildings, built around a swimming pool and placed in a peaceful and luxuriant, green setting. Shops, casino and thalassotherapy at 500 m.

Accomodation

The apartments, from the studio apartment for 3 to the 3-roomed apartment for 6, are fitted out with fully equipped kitchenette (electric hotplates, dishwasher and microwave/grill), bathroom, generally a separate toilet, telephone, television (with charge), balcony or terrace, with garden furniture.

3 studio apartments for 2 persons are equipped for the disabled with toilet in the bathroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room.

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required.

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 4 and 8 pm
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow

How to get to the resort

By car : A11 motorway to La Roche sur Yon and follow the N160 for 35 km. When you leave the N160, follow direction La Rochelle for about 2 km then direction Casino des Pins. Just after the casino, take the first right, then right again. Thalassa is half way down the street "la Cité".

By train : By train : Les Sables d’Olonne railway station - TGV , 3 h20 from Paris

By plane : Nantes airport (90 km).
