Your holiday rental

The residence, built in 2009, is situated on the outside of Roquebrune sur Argens, 15km from the sea. It is a 3-star tourist complex and is made up of 90 apartments

The apartments, from the studio apartment for 2 to the 3-roomed apartment with cabine for 8 pers. are all fully equipped: kitchenette (fridge, vitroceramic hotplate, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom or shower, separate toilet (except in studio apartments), free television in all apartments, wifi access and balcony or terrasse.

One studio apartment for 2, one 3-roomed apartment for 6 and three 2-roomed apartments for 4, are equipped for persons of reduced mobility.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

In case of late arrival you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow

By car : Motorway A8 Exit n°37 Puget s/Argens (7 km), then at the motorway roundabout, direction Roquebrune sur Argens, at the following roundabout, first right direction 'La Bouverie', then follow the main road to the residence (on the right).
