Praz sur Arly, ideally situated at 4 km from Megève and 30 km from b>Chamonix, is an authentic village ski resort in the Haute Savoie region of the French Alps, which has preserved all the charm of a mountainous region, at the same time as offering a lovely, huge skiing area with superb views over the Mont-Blanc. Praz sur Arly is a sunny ski resort in the Northern Alps with a warm and friendly atmosphere, nestling amongst pine-trees and encircled by mountain ranges (Mont-Blanc, Aravis, Beaufortain…), ideal for a quiet and peaceful skiing holiday in a magnificent setting, and at the dynamic pace of the activities offered at this ski resort. Praz sur Arly is alo reputed for its cross country skiing tracks of the Espace Diamant which include the 120 km of the Olympic site Les Saisies.

Skiing area

The Espace Val d’Arly is the skiing area of the ski resort of Praz sur Arly in the Haute Savoie region of the French Alps. It combines the ski slopes of the ski resorts of Crest Voland Cohennoz, Flumet, Notre Dame de Bellecombe and Praz sur Arly. 120 km of ski slopes with a difference in altitude of more than 1000 m, providing pleasurable skiing for all, both young and old, beginners or advanced, skiers or snowboarders. But if you're still craving for more, Praz sur Arly is also part of the skiing area of the Espace Diamant which includes both the skiing slopes of the Espace Val d’Arly and those of the Saisies skiing area. A total of 185 km of slopes are at your disposal, 30% of which are equipped with artificial snow guns. From both of these skiing areas, you will enjoy superb and unforgettable views of the Mont Blanc mountain range.

Situated in a residential zone, 600 m from the centre of the resort and 1200 m from the ski-slopes, the self-catering complex is made up of 2 large chalets built in the traditional Savoie style

Accomodation

The apartments, from the studio apartment for 2 to the 2 to 3-roomed apartments for 6 pers, are fitted out with an equipped kitchenette (microwave or mini-oven, dishwasher in apartments for 6), bathroom or shower, generally a separate toilet, fee-paying television, balcony or terrace.

All apartments have a balcony measuring 6 to 15 m2 or a terrace for ground-floor apartments

Two 2-roomed apartments for 4 pers on the ground floor are equipped for persons of reduced mobility.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, between 8.00 10.00 am

- By car: A6 motorway Lyon, then A40 Mâcon, Geneva, Sallanches. Motorway A43 Chambéry, then N90 Albertville, Ugine, Val d’Arly.

- By train : Sallanches railway station. Transfer by coach or taxi.

- By plane : Geneva or Lyon airports.
