Prayssac is situated at the heart of the beautiful Quercy region in the centre of the Cahors wine-growing area. This region, in the valley of the Lot, surrounded by cliffs, caves and the wine-growing slopes, which produce the wine of Cahors, offers a multitude of luxuriant green footpaths, littered with dolmens. It is a region with an exceptionally rich heritage.


Access is easy, Prayssac is situated on the road from Cahors to Fumel (D911) at the crossroads Souillac-Gourdon-Montauban.

Your holiday rental

The Residence-Club, situated 1,5 km from the town centre (car absolutely necessary) and 200 m from the river Lot is made up of large houses each containing between 2 and 4 apartments, each with a terrace or balcony (106 apartments in all).

At your disposal

The following are at your disposal: outdoor heated swimming-pool with paddling-pool, open from June to mid-September, children's playground, petanque area, fee-paying WiFi, laundry (with charge) and free outdoor car park.
Car absolutely necessary.

Accomodation

The apartments, ranging from the studio apartment for 2/3 persons to the 3-roomed mezzanine apartment for 6/8 persons, are fully equipped with kitchenette (microwave and dishwasher), bathroom or shower, generally separate toilet, fee-paying Wifi and TV and et terrace or balcony.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.30 and from 5.00 to 8.00 pm

Closed all day Wednesday, Thursday afternoon and Sunday afternoon

In July and August: during the week from 9.30 am to 12.30 and from 5.30 to 7.00 pm
Saturday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, non-stop

How to get to the resort

By car
From Paris : A20 motorway. Exit Cahors Nord then follow Cahors Centreby the RN 20. At the first roundabout take the D811 (ex D911) on the right, direction Mercuès, Labastide du Vert and Castelfranc.

From Toulouse : Motorway A20. Exit Cahors Centre. Direction Brives/Paris. At the third roundabout, take the D811 (ex D911) on the left, direction Mercuès. Then go through Labastide du Vent and Castelfranc. In Prayssac, take the road direction Anglars Juillac (in front of the fountain opposite the post office) then take the road on the right towards Intermarché and straight on for 500 m.

Cahors (28 km) and Libos (25 km) railway stations. Bus link.

By plane
Toulouse airport (135 km).
