Pra Loup ski resort, in the Haute Provence Alps, is made up of two sites linked by shuttles and by ski slopes: Pra Loup 1500 and Pra Loup 1600. This dynamic and authentic ski resort in the Southern Alps, has the advantage of a sunny climate with plenty of snow, at the heart of a forest of larches and pine trees, in a setting of unspoilt nature. This year, Pra Loup is celebrating its 50 years as a ski resort. Many and varied festivities are planned. Skiing area

The , which links up with that of the Foux d’Allos (Val d’Allos), offers all the different possibilities of skiing and winter sports thanks to its many and varied ski slopes adapted to all different levels. Ideal for a skiing holiday for the whole family ! So the Espace Lumière (of Pra Loup + Val d’Allos 1500 + Val d’Allos 1800) offers 81 ski slopes over an area of 180 km ! Beginners, advanced skiers or surfers will all find satisfaction. New in the 2010/2011 season : « hands-free » system for ski passes, new Molanès telecabin (with 10 places, opened in January 2010) and new 6-place chairlift, with departure pont at the “ Clos du Serre”.

The Luxury Residence Le Hameau de Praroustan is situated in the place known as Molanes at Pra Loup 1500. It offers a magnificent view over the valley and the mountain peaks. This residence is ideal for a holiday rental at Pra Loup , cette résidence est idéale, as it is situated at 800 m from the new telecabin with 10 places and from a small supermarket. The tastefully decorated Residence “Le Hameau de Praroustan” offers comfortable accommodationski_ing holiday in Pra Loup.

Accomodation

It is made up of apartments sleeping between 4 and 7/8 persons with balcony, of twinned chalets for 6 (luxury apartments) and of individual chalets for 10 and 12 persons. For your holiday rental at Pra Loup, the apartments and chalets of the Residence « le Hameau de Praroustan » are equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, oven (microwave/grill for studio apartments), dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hood in the chalets), bathroom or shower and separate toilet (for most apartments), free television. There is an extra bathroom for apartments for 10 or more people.

Some apartments for 8 pers. are equipped for persons of reduced mobility, but the residence is not well adapted to non-accompanied wheel-chair users, due to its slopes .

Miscellaneous

Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

- Pets admitted. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

- Ski hire : shop within the Residence

- Swimming cap and trunks obligatory for access to the residence's swimming pool

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

Possibility of stay from Friday 16/12 to Friday 23/12/11.

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

Reception open every day from 8.00 to 10.00 am and from 4.00 to 7.00 pm, Saturday from 8.00 to 10.00 am and from 3.00 to 8.00 pm

How to get to the resort

By car : From the north, via Lyon, Grenoble, Gap, Barcelonnette.
From the south via Aix en Provence, motorway to Tallard, Barcelonnette.
At Pra Loup 1500 - Les Molanès, turn left.
Distance from principal towns : Marseille (200 km), Lyon (290 km), Paris (710 km).

By train : Gap railway station, then bus link to Pra Loup or Aix TGV, then direct shuttle to Pra Loup 1500 - Les Molanès (every Saturday).

By plane : Marseille Provence airport. Bus link to Pra Loup 1500 - Les Molanès (every Saturday)
