Accomodation

The apartments are divided up over 10 buildings in a luxuriant, green setting and are all fully equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, microwave, dish washer), bathroom or shower with toilet and terrace.

Five 2-roomed apartments for 4 and one 3-roomed apartment for 6 pers are equipped for persons of reduced mobility

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

- Pets not admitted

- Valid identity card or passport (even for babies), to be presented at port or airport

- Credit cards accepted for a minimum amount, indicated at the reception.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday, or Wednesday, between 5.00 and 8.00 pm, to collect your keys
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, or Wednesday, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.
