Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
(only 1 pet per mobile-home and dangerous dogs forbidden)

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am (please make an appointment to indicate your approximate departure time)

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

How to get to the resort

- By car : Motorway to Rennes. Take N12 direction Brest. At Morlaix, take the D58 for 20 km direction Taulé/Saint Pol de Léon/Roscoff. At Saint Pol de Léon, take the D10 for 15 km towards Plougoulm/Sibiril/Cléder/Plouescat.
