Your holiday rental

The Residence ‘Au Fil de l’Eau’, situated about 1 km from the town and the shops, is made up of 6-person chalets. The apartments are all fully equipped : kitchenette (microwave and dishwasher), bathroom, toilet, private locker and terrace with garden furniture.

On the site are shops selling souvenirs, regional produce and bare essentials; fishing shop on the site. All other shops at Moncoutant (at 1 km) : supermarket, bakery, chemists...

Pescalis is a sporty "no kill" sort of fishing for all levels, in an area of nearly 100 ha of lakes. Both beginner and advanced lessons.Rental and sale of fishing equipment on the site.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

Reception

Reception (situated opposite the restaurant ‘La Carpe d’Or’, on the Pescalis village square) open : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.30 am to 12.30 and from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm in July and August and from 10.00 am to 12.30 and from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm in April, May, June, September and October, November.

Saturday from 10.00 am to 12.30 and from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm, Sunday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. Closed all day Wednesday and Sunday afternoon.

•By car : From the north, from Cholet by the D744 (folow Poitiers then Niort to Mauléon). From the south, at Niort take exit north direction Nantes/Cholet then Coulonges sur l’Autize et l’Absie. At Moncoutant
follow signposts.
