The Crozon peninsula, surrounded on three sides by the sea - to the north the Brest roadstead, to the west the Iroise sea and to the south the Douarnenez bay - possesses a great number of impressive natural attractions. Out of the 60km of coastline that are part of the village of Crozon, 12km are made up of beaches and shores. Beach lovers as well as water sports' fanatics will all be entirely satisfied.

The beaches situated along the bay of Douarnenez are ideal as they are sheltered and particularly safe .
The beaches to the west of the cap de la Chèvre are generally reserved for water sports, especially surfing, for example the spot at La Palue, reputed for the quality of its waves. The fun board and the kite-surf are also carried out on these beaches, when the weather is favourable.
- The big beach at Morgat: the epitome of a family beach, allowing children to bathe in complete safety. Beach clubs in the height of the season.
- Beach of Portzic: also a family beach, ideal for bathing, surrounded by cliffs and caves, with a magnificent vex over the bay of Morgat.
-Beach of the Aber:opening onto the bay of Douarnenez, particularly well-known for its view. Good for swimming or for wind-surfing and kite-surfing, depending on the weather.

Your holiday rental

The Residence is situated 700 m from the town centre and the beach and is made up of 95 little houses split up into groups, which are linked together by purely pedestrian alleyways. Car parks are grouped atthe entrance to the residential complex.

At your disposal are the following: a heated, swimming pool, with moveable dome, allowing it to be uncovered, a health and well-being centre, sauna (with entrance fee), games’ room, sports’ ground, petanque area, table-tennis, fee-paying billiards, children's playground, bike shed, fee-paying wi-fi internet area, laundry (with charge) and free outdoor car park.

The little duplex houses, from the 2-roomed apartment for 4 to the 4-roomed apartment for 8 are fully equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom, generally separate toilet and free television.

4 apartments for 4 and 5 apartments for 8 are accessible to the handicapped (except upstairs rooms)

Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

How to get to the resort

By car: From Brest, RN165 exit Le Faou N12 D791. From Quimper, D63 andD887. At Crozon, direction Morgat. Go along the beach on your left (boulevard de la Plage). When you reach the "place d’Ys", turn right, opposite the tourist office, direction Cap de la Chèvre (rue de l’Atlantique). On your right, go past the church, then the Kador chemist's. Go into the car park just after the chemist's then stay left. Take the little road at the end of the ear park, the residence is situated 300 m further on.
