Montignac is situated at the heart of the Périgord Noir, 25 km from Sarlat la Caneda. It is a town steeped in history with its medieval market place, its half-timbered houses built on piles, wash-houses and fountains made from the local yellow stone, and of course the famous Lascaux caves.

Accommodation at the resort

The Residence makes up a little hamlet, composed of houses built side by side and apartment buildings.

All the apartments, from the 2-roomed apartment for 4/5 pers to the 3-roomed cabine duplex apartment for 6/8 pers, are fully equipped with kitchenette (microwave and dishwasher), bathroom,generally separate toilet and television (with supplement)

The following are at your disposal: outdoor heated swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September, paddling pool, colputer with fee-paying Wi-Fi connection, launderette (with charge) and free outdoor car park (1 parking spot per apartment)

- By car: A10 motorway direction Orléans, then direction Limoges A71, then A20 and RN21 as far as Périgueux.
- By train : Périgueux railway station.
