The holiday residence 'Les Marines d’Hélios' is situated 200 m from the beach (presence of life-guard in July and August), 500 m from the centre of the resort.
In high season: bakery, caterer and pizzeria at 50 m.

Accomodation

The residence is made up of little semi-detached houses, ranging from the 2-roomed house for 2/4 persons to the 3-roomed house for 5/6 persons. They are equipped with a kitchenette (fridge, electric hotplates and oven), bathroom or shower with toilet and terrace.

Suitable number of occupants :
- 2-roomed villa for 2/4 and 3-roomed villa for 4 persons : 2 adults + 2 children
- 3-roomed villa for 4/5 persons : 2 adults + 3 children
- 3-roomed villa for 5/6 persons : 4 adults + 2 children

The number of occupants of holiday rental homes is strictly limited to the number indicated in the description of the villa-type.
We would ask you to book accordingly.
You are liable to be refused an excess number of occupants or else asked to pay extra on the premises.
On arrival, you will be asked the exact number of people and their age. Your attention is drawn to the fact that a baby or small child counts as one person..

The village of Marseillan, with its pleasant harbour, the covered, 17th century market place, the church of St John the Baptist, as well as its vineyards.
- The Noilly-Prat wine storehouses and tasting of the famous dry Vermouth
- Lake Thau, with its many oyster and mussel farms
- The Canal du Midi
- The nature reserve of Bagnas containing 560 hectares of marshlands, lakes and ponds
- The ancient town of Agde. Not to be missed: the old part of the town, the cathedral, the museum of local tradition, the banks of the Hérault.
- The seaside resort of the Cap-d'Agde, with its famous " Ephèbe Museum". The Brescou fortress is not to be missed
- The winegrowers' and fishermen's trail offers 46 stopping places with the region's trades and local products, wine-growing areas, manufacturing centres (Ricard and Noilly Prat), areas for fishing and shell-fish breeding, nature reserves

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (only by cheque) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

- Pets admitted (under 10 kg) with up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo. Dogs should be kept on a lead within the residence
-Bed linen not included (available for hire)

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday, between 5.00 and 8.00 pm. (In April and May : between 3.00 and 7.00 pm)
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, apartment to be liberated after inventory before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

How to get to the resort

By car :
A9, exit Sète. 100m from the car-toll, take direction Mèze by the D 613.
After Mèze, direction Marseillan by the D51. In the village of Marseillan, take direction Marseillan-Plage (7 km).
When you arrive in the resort, turn left, towards the EAST beach, then take the first road on the right after the canal


By train :
Marseillan Plage railway station at 2.5 km
Agde railway station at 8 km
Sète railway station at 12 km
Béziers railway station a 28 km

By plane :
Béziers-Vias airport at 15 km.
Montpellier Méditerranée airport at 54 km
