On the heights of Mandelieu, 1km from the centre, by little roads (or 3km by the Tanneron road), at the foot of the Mimosa massif, the residence boasts a uniquely magnificent setting opposite the bay of Cannes.

Outdoor, non-heated swimming pool, fee-paying Wi-Fi internet at the reception, a free closed garage or outdoor car park (1 parking spot per apartment).

Accomodation

All the apartments, from the 2-roomed apartment for 4 to the 4-roomed apartment for 6/8 pers are fully equipped: kitchenette (oven or microwave, dishwasher and washing machine for most apartments), bathroom, separate toilet, fee-paying Wi-fi access in most apartments, free television and terrace.

Car absolutely necessary

All apartments have a view of the sea and of the Esterel mountains.
None of the apartments is equipped for persons of reduced mobility

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 4.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, before 8.00 pm on Saturday, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, between 8.00 and 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

Reception opening times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.00 am to 12.00 and from 4.00 to 7.00 pm
Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.00 and from 4.00 to 8.00 pm

How to get to the resort

By car : A8 motorway, exit N°40 direction Le Tanneron. Go around the Agip station taking direction Fréjus, take the first right, rue Gandolphe, before an orange house, situated on the right. Take the first right direction Le Tanneron. Go straight up to a left bend, boulevard des Termes (still direction Le Tanneron). Pass the hotel Blanche Neige and keep going up for 3 km. Slow down at the house N° 1935 (on your left), then take the right bend, then a little road down on the left : Boulevard des Eucalyptus. Drive on for 500m then take the first right, Chemin des Pins, and keep on to the blue gate of the residence.

By train: Cannes or Saint Raphaël railway station

By plane : Nice airport (35 km).
