Skiing area

The skiing area of the Menuires valley groups together the slopes of Les Menuires and of Saint Martin de Belleville ski resorts in the Savoie region So itt offers 160 km of skiing, both gentle and steeper slopes, in an exceptional setting, with superb views over the valley. For lovers of great, open spaces, the skiing area of Les Menuires is part of the biggest skiing area in the world : the 3 Valleys. 600 km of ski slopes, linking the skiing areas of Courchevel, La Tania, Méribel, Brides les Bains, Saint Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires and Val Thorens. Amazing! It enjoys an excellent quality of snow, due to the high altitude of the skiing area as well as the most modern equipment for producing artificial snow. New features in the2010 / 2011 season : new magic carpet ski lift in the Reberty 1850 quarter ; new blue slope for beginners, in the Bruyères quarter ; new fun zone “ La Becca” : the BK Park (moguls, rails, boardercross…).

Your holiday rental

The Residence Chanteneige Croisette is situated at the heart of the ski resort of les Menuires in the Savoie region of the French Alps. A holiday rentalles Menuires known as la Croisette. The Residence Chanteneige (54 apartments) offers direct access to the covered shopping centre(shops, bars and restaurants). It comprises a single, 5-storey building with 2 lifts. It is a non-smoking complex.

The card is strictly personal and is included in the price (1 card per person staying at the residence)

Accomodation

The studios for 4 and the 2-roomed apartments for 5 are all fitted out with fully equipped kitchenette (oven and dishwasher), bathroom, separate toilet, television (with supplement), fee-paying wifi and Eternet cable connections, balcony.

None of the apartments is equipped for those with reduced mobility

"Les Villages des Piou-Piou" :
The village of the Piou Piou at La Croisette at the foot of the residence (Tel. 04 79 00 63 79).
In the Bruyères district, 1 km from the residence (Tel. 04 79 00 69 50).
Open every day from 9.00 am to 5.15 pm, these two villages offer: day nursery for babies aged 3 to 30 months at the "Village de La Croisette" (medical certificate and booking obligatory), mini-club for children of 30 months to 5 years (in both villages), special children's restaurant, games rooms and playgrounds.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, before 8.00 pm, who will give you the procedure to follow (please note that arrival not possible after 10.00 pm)
Departure on Saturday, leaving apartment clean, before 10.00 am (appointment obligatory with residence managers to hand over key and carry out inventory)

Possibility of stay from Friday 16/12 to Friday 23/12/11.

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) in the afternoon. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

By car : Motorway to Albertville, dual carriageway to Moûtiers, exit 40 and CD515A to the Menuires. The residence is opposite the bell tower
