Your holiday rental

The residential complex, the Villages sous les Pins, is situated 6km from Moliets Plage, at the heart of the pine forest of the Landes and on the edge of lake Paludot. Staying in one of our bungalows, which are scattered over an area of 5 hectares, offers you the chance of a stay in the middle of nature and the use of the sports' complex, destined for the whole group of Villages.

At your disposal

The following are at your disposal: outdoor heated swimming pool open in July and August, covered swimming pool, with solar heating, open from April to the end of September.

Sport and leisure activities: football and rugby pitches, basketball and volleyball courts, petanque area, table tennis (rackets and balls not provided), practice golf course, children's playground, open air theatre, exercise trail, 20 km of cycle routes, in the forest, departing from the the site.

Attractions of the residence

- Welcome drink (in July and August) on Sunday evening, presentation of the site, of the services and of the
activities : sports, leisure activities offered to young and old by the residence and by the resort.
You will meet the hostesses, guides and monitors in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
- Iron and ironing board available to borrow.

Accomodation

The apartments are divided up into groups of 2 or 4, spread over 40 bungalows, which are all on one level. Sleeping 4 or 6 pers they are fully equipped with kitchenette (with electric hotplates, fridge, oven, electric coffee maker, and dishwasher), bathroom, toilet (separate for 3-roomed apartments), WiFi and terrace.

The apartments which are on the level of the forest, each have a parking spot near by and a tiled terrace with garden furniture.

Leisure activities

A lot of equipment is to be found at the centre of the site.
8 tennis courts and crazy golf are at your disposal

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required, dogs marked as dangerous not allowed. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow

How to get to the resort

· By car:
N10. At Castets, take D42 for 3 km, then turn left, D142 to Leon and follow D652 direction Moliets for 3 km. A signpost marks the entrance to the site, the "Villages Sous les Pins". After the gate, turn right and keep on for and follow « Village des Arbousiers » to the reception.

. By train: Dax railway station. Taxi to the village

By plane : Biarritz airport, then taxi to the village
