Your holiday rental

This estate, with private swimming pool, is made up of 15 discreetly placed individual ground floor houses spread over a closed-off 4-hectare oak grove.

At your disposal

Private, non-heated outdoor swimming pool, with paddling pool, open from June to mid-September, children's playground, petanque area, table tennis, volley-ball ground. Baby football and flipper machines (at extra cost) are available in the reception building.

Attractions of the residence

- Outdoor swimming pool (18m x 8m) with paddling pool (4m x 2m50) surrounded by deck chairs (2 per house) and parasols (1 per house). Swimming pool open from June to mid-September from 9.30 am to 10.00 pm.
- Iron and ironing board available in the reception building.

Accomodation

The 3-roomed houses for 6 pers are all very comfortable and fully equipped: kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee-maker, toaster), washing machine, 2 shower rooms with toilet or bathroom with separate toilet, television, telephone, covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs and garage or car park.

1 house with garage is equipped for persons with reduced mobility.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 4.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, on Saturday before 8.00 pm, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

How to get to the resort

By car: On the D653 you will see an Odalys sign. Access to the residence is opposite this sign.
From Paris : A10 motorway to Orléans, then A 17 direction Vierzon and A20 to Châteauroux then Limoges and Brive la Gaillarde. Continue on the motorway and go off at exit n°56 Rodez/Figeac/Decazeville/Gourdon. Take direction Labastide Murat, in Labastide Murat follow signs to « Sénaillac Lauzès». Go through Soulomès, take left direction Sénaillac-Lauzès. Go through Sénaillac-Lauzès (coming out of the village follopw signs to D653). After 8 km on this little road to reach the D653,
turn right, direction Cahors and gjo on for 800 m. You will then be opposite the sign post to the residence.

From Toulouse : A20 direction Paris, after Cahors take the exit n°56 Aurillac/ Sarlat/Saint Cirq/Gourdon/Gramat. then follow directions as above coming from Paris.

From Figeac : Take direction Cahors by the CD 13. Go through Cambes, after12 km, pass through Grèzes, then keep on in the direction of Cahors by the D653 ( 34 km from Figeac) until you see the signpost to the residence

By train: Cahors (34 km) and Figeac (39 km)railway stations
By plane: Toulouse Blagnac (about 2h by car) and Rodez (about 1h30 by car).
