Le Verdon sur Mer is situated at the Pointe de Grave, on the estuary of the Gironde river, near the great vineyards. There are many and diverse attractions, including the huge beaches both on the Atlantic coast and on the Gironde estuary, forests and marshes, cycle paths, footpaths etc.

Your holiday rental

The residence is situated 500m from the centre of the town, 1km from the banks of the Estuary and 2km from the ocean.
It is made up of 136 apartments, grouped together in little clusters around the swimming pool.

At your disposal

The following are at your disposal : outdoor heated swimming-pool, and paddling pool, open from mid-May to the end of September, fee-paying Internet reception point and free outdoor car park. Car advisable

Accomodation

Different types of apartments are on offer for your holiday rental, ranging from the studio apartment with cabine for 4 pers to the 3-roomed apartment with cabine for 6/8 people, grouped in little clusters around the central swimming pool and all fully equipped with kitchenette (microwave oven and dishwasher) generally a bathroom, or otherwise a shower, generally a separate toilet, fee-paying wi-fi access, television (with supplement) and balcony or terrace with garden furniture.

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : only 1 pet per apartment, up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required.

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).

In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
