Your holiday rental

A 20 minute drive from the « Emerald coast » and its beaches, at half an hour from the Mont Saint Michel, on the edge of a golf course, on the slope overlooking the course, close to the Mesnil forest, the residence benefits from an exceptional setting.

The entrance to the golf course is at 2 km and the village of Tronchet at 500 m (bar, bakery).

Accomodation

The residence is made up of a series of small houses, split into groups. The apartments, ranging from the 2-roomed apartment for 4 to the 4-roomed apartment for 8, are equipped with a kitchen (vitroceramic hotplates, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom or shower with toilet, fee-paying television and a terrace.

Two 2-roomed apartments, three 3-roomed apartments and two 4-roomed apartments are equipped for persons with reduced mobility.

The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit

How to get to the resort

By car : A11 motorway to Rennes then direction Saint Malo. Take the exit Miniac Morvan and arry on towards Golf du Tronchet. Go through the village of La Costardais then at Vieux Bourg take the D676 direction Le Tronchet and finally D73 on the right, direction Le Tronchet. The residence is on the D9 at the entrance of Le Tronchet.
