At Saint Philibert, near Trinité sur Mer, in the heart of a beautiful region, well-known for its tourist attractions and cultural heritage, the Ker arno residential park, spreading over a vast 5-hectare ground, is situated just 1km from the beaches.

At your disposal

Outdoor heated swimming-pool with paddling pool and water chute, open from mid-May to mid-September, multi-activity sports' ground (basketball, football, football-tennis, volleyball...), floodlit petanque area, table tennis, activity room, bar/ snack-bar (take-away dishes: pizzas, mussels and chips...), fee-paying internet reception point, bike hire, barbecues and free outdoor car park.

Accomodation

In an ideal holiday setting, each mobile home comprises: kitchenette (with microwave ), shower room, separate toilet, and a small terrace with garden furniture.


None of the mobile-homes is equipped for persons of reduced mobility

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence. (Only 1 pet per mobile-home)

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 4.00 and 8.00 pm
Departure on Saturday, between 8.00 and 10.00 am (please make an appointment to indicate your approximate departure time)
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 4.00 pm onwards.

Reception opening times:
Sunday to Friday from 9.00 am to 12.00 and from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm (closed on Sunday afternoon)
Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.00 and from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm
