La Joue du Loup ski resort is a little, traditional and authentic mountain village situated in the region of the Hautes Alpes. Situated at the heart of the Massif du Dévoluy, its link with Superdévoluy offers its skiers one of the largest skiing areas in the Southern Alps. A skiing holiday in La Joue du Loup combines the peace and quiet of a family, village resort with the advantages of a large Alpine ski resort.

Skiing area

The skiing area of Superdévoluy La Joue du Loup, bathing in sunshine, is one of the largest in the Southern Alps with over 100 km of ski slopes and a difference in altitude of 1000 m . It offers modern ski lifts, all included in the ski pass, and a guaranteed covering of snow, thanks to its 30 km of artificial snow. The highest point of the skiing area offers an unforgettable view over the valley and the surrounding peaks including the famous Barre des Ecrins. The great variety of ski slopes offered in the skiing area of Superdévoluy La Joue du Loup allows all members of the family to ski, whatever their level : beginner, advanced, snow surfer or free rider.

Your holiday rental

Come and discover the residence "Les Chalets d’Aurouze", for your holiday rental at La Joue du Loup. It is a holiday residential complex nestling between pine-trees and larches, at a distance of 200 m from the nearest ski slopes and close to the centre of this charming village resort. The different chalets which make up the Residence "Les Chalets d'Aurouze" are particularly elegant with their wooden façade and typical mountain-style architecture. They are fitted out very comforably.

Accomodation

The residence is made up of 8 two-storey chalets (with lift), comprising 78 spacious apartments. Ranging from the 2-roomed apartment for 4 pers to the 3-roomed apartment for 7/8 pers, the apartments, some duplex and some with mezzanine, are all fully equipped: kitchenette (vitroceramic hot plates, micro-wave / grill, dishwasher, fridge and electric coffee-maker), bathroom or shower with toilet and balcony or terrace.


Four 2-roomed apartments for 5 pers (35 sq m) are equipped for persons of reduced mobility : a living room with pull-out bed, a bedroom with one double and one single bed, a specially equipped bathroom.

Extra information

Children :
A child-minding service, open from the Christmas holidays until mid-April caters for children aged from 18 months, to 6 years, from 9.15 am to 4.45 pm.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am, leaving the apartment clean. Appointment is to be made in advance with the direction, for the handover of keys and the inventory.

Possibility of booking a stay from Friday 16/12 to Friday 23/12/11.

The reception is open every day from 8.00 to 10.00 am and from 4.00 to 7.00 pm (closed all day Wednesday) and Saturday from 8.00am to 12.00 and from 2.00 to 8.00 pm

How to get to the resort

- By car : Motorway to Grenoble, direction Gap (by N85), at Vizille take direction La Mure Corps, Super Dévoluy then La Joue du Loup.
From Marseille, motorway to Gap, before Gap, take the exit to « stations du Dévoluy », follow Super Dévoluy then La Joue du Loup.

- By train: Grenoble TGV (80km) or Veynes Dévoluy (23km) railway stations. Bus or taxi links.

- By plane : Grenoble Saint Geoirs or Lyon Saint Exupéry airports.
