The residence is set in a pedestrian area, opposite the sea, 50 m from the shops, with direct access to the sea through the Exflora park(100 m).

The apartments, from the studio apartment with cabine for 2/4 to the 2/3-roomed apartment for 6 persons, are all fully equipped : kitchenette (electric hotplate, fridge, oven and dishwasher), bathroom with toilet, telephone, free television, safe (with charge) and terrace or balcony.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Small pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

Special Christmas and New Year: possibility of arrival and departure on the day of your choice (7-night stay)

Reception opening times:during the week from 10.00 am to 12.00 and from 4.00 to 7.00 pm
Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.00 and from 2.00 to 8.00 pm

How to get to the resort

By car: A8 motorway exit 44 Antibes / Juan les Pins. Take D635 direction Cannes Golfe Juan. At Antibes les Pins (the west district of Juan les Pins), the residence is situated on the square André Malraux, opposite the McDonald's roundabout in the pedestrian zone

By train: Antibes, Golfe Juan or Cannes train stations

By plane :Nice airport (20 km).
