The residence facing the sea and the lush Exflora Gardens, is situated in a pedestrian area, no cars allowed! A nice large foot path passing by the pool and through the gardens enables you to reach the beaches in a 5 minute walk, with no road or railway to cross.

Opening hours reception
Every day except Saturday from 9am-12am and 5pm-8pm. Saturday from 8am-12am and 2pm-8pm. Except in summer from 02/07/05 till 27/08/05 : 8am-10pm. Closing day : Sunday, except in summer (02/07/05- 27/08/05) closed on Tuesday.

Money exchange / credit cards
A money exchange service is at your disposal, as well as fax and secretariat assistance. We are glad to accept: Carte Bleue, Visa, Diners-Club, American Express and Euro-card.

From the A8 motorway "Autoroute du soleil " Aix en Provence / Nice, take the Antibes / Juan les Pins turn off, then RN7 direction CANNES/ Golfe-Juan. The Residence OPEN Les Pins Bleus is in the quarter of Antibes Les Pins, in front of McDonald.

By bus:
Coach network "Rapides Côte d'Azur" plies between Nice and Cannes.

By train:
Antibes (5 km) or Golfe Juan (3 km) train station
