Your holiday rental

This Residence is situated directly on the marina and is made up of 3 small buildings, placed around a central garden. It is just 300m from the lake of Hourtin Carcans and its beaches.

The following are at your disposal: An open air, heated swimming pool, open from mid-April to the end of September and a free outdoor car park, WiFi at reception and in some apartments
An area specially for children at the residence: Children's playground, bike-hire

Accomodation

The apartments, from the studio apartment for 2 to the 3-roomed apartment for 6 pers, are all fully equipped with : kitchenette (microwave, vitroceramic hotplates and dishwasher, except in studio apartments), bathroom with toilet, television (with supplement), fee-paying wi-fi internet access and terrace or balcony with garden furniture

Two 2-roomed apartments are equipped for persons of reduced mobility and the disabled (with shower, not bath). It is recommended that the disabled person be accompanied for the kitchen cupboards and microwave are high up.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5 and 8 pm
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow

Reception opening times: Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 12.00 and from 4.30 to 7.30 pm
Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.00 and from 3.00 to 8.00 pm
Sunday from 10.00 am to 12.00 and from 5.00 to 7.30 pm (in the height of season)

How to get to the resort

By car :On the ring-road of Bordeaux take the exit N°8, direction Lacanau Le Verdon. Go past
Sainte Hélène, Brach then Carcans. At Carcans turn right, direction Hourtin. At Hourtin
take direction Le port, before the roundabout of the port take right, onto the car park, the residence is opposite the exit of the car park


By train : Bordeaux (70 km) or Lesparre (18 km), then take the bus or a taxi (according to the times.

By plane : Bordeaux Mérignac (70 km)
