The Residence, built in traditional regional style is situated 5km from the marina and from the well-appointed La Hume beach, nestling in the golf course, amidst luxuriant vegetation and close to the club house.
It offers apartments, houses and independent villas.

Outdoor heated swimming pool, for the whole residence, open from mid-April to October, bike hire and a fee-paying Wi-Fi connection in the apartments.

Accomodation

•The apartments are divided between 4 small 2 and 3-storey buildings.
They are equipped with kitchenette (electric hotplate, fridge, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom and generally separate toilet, free television and balcony or terrace.

•The semi detached houses are in a natural green setting, in little blocks of 3 to 5 fully equipped houses : kitchenette (electric hotplate, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom, separate toilet, shower room with toilet, free television and terrace.

The villas (115m2), on one level (with just one bedroom on the mezzanine), built on the edge of the golf course, are very comfortable and fully equipped: kitchenette (electric hotplate, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher), 2 bathrooms with toilet, free television, private outdoor non-heated pool (open from mid may to mid september) , terrace, garden and car shelter.

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5 and 8 pm
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5pm onwards.

How to get to the resort

- By car : On A63 motorway, from Bordeaux, take the A660 direction Bassin d’Arcachon. Exit Bassin d’Arcachon. At the first roundabout, do not go into Gujan Mestras, follow Arcachon. At the second roundabout (parc de loisirs Aqualand theme park ), take a left turn, direction Sanguinet. After 500 m, gjo into the Gujan Mestras golf course, up to the Club House. The reception is on the right.

- By train : Bordeaux, Gujan Mestras and La Hume railway stations

- By plane : Bordeaux airport (55 km).
