Location

The bassin d’Arcachon offers a diverse natural landscape with its quiet beaches, its exciting seas and its forest footpaths. Gujan Mestras is a charming little town, between the bassin d’Arcachon and the Landes de Gascogne. It is the capital of oyster-farming and, with its seven harbours, all authentic and well-preserved, it remains a traditionally maritime centre.

The Residence is 5km from the marina and from the well-appointed La Hume beach, nestling in the golf course, amidst luxuriant vegetation and close to the club house. It is built in traditional regional style offering for your holiday rental a choice of apartments, houses and separate villas, all of which are spacious, beautifully furnished and fully equipped, ensuring a sense of peacefulness and well-being.
•The apartments are divided between 4 small 2 and 3-storey buildings
They are equipped with kitchenette ( hotplates, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom and generally separate toilet, TV, balcony or terrace with garden furniture.

•The semi detached houses are in a natural green setting, in little blocks of 3 to 5 fully equipped houses : kitchenette ( hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), bathroom, separate toilet, shower room with toilet, TV and terrace with garden furniture.

The villas, situated at the edge of the golf course, are on one level,with just one bedroom on the mezzanine.They are all very comfortable and fully equipped : kitchenette ( hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and American-style fridge), 2 bathrooms with toilet, TV. Each villa is surrounded by a closed garden, with terrace, garden furniture and car shelter.

How to get to the resort

· by car : A66 motorway – Exit Bassin d’Arcachon. At the first roundabout, do not enter Gujan Mestras, follow direction Arcachon . At the seconk roundabout (Aqualand park) turn left, direction Sanguinet, 500m further on, enter the golf course of Gujan Mestras as far as the Club House.


· By train : Bordeaux, Gujan Mestras and La Hume railway stations

· By Plane : Bordeaux airport, 55 km
