Le Grau du Roi, at the gateway of the Camargue region, is a little fishing port in the Gard, which has become a seaside resort, offering 18 km of fine, sandy beaches, where you can benefit from the pleasures of the seaside, with the return of the fishing boats and of the fishermen, who come to sell their fresh fish.

Port Camargue, just near by, is a reputed marina, one of the biggest in Europe. its quay-sides, surrounded by gardens, provide a pleasant area to relax and stroll around.

Le Grau du Roi Port Camargue is an ideal point from which to set off and discover the Camargue, an area where nature is in its primeval state, abounding in wild bulls, horses and flamingos

The Elysée camp site, at the Grau du Roi Port Camargue, is right beside the water and gives directly onto the Salonique lake and the marina of Port Camargue.

The maximum number of occupants includes infants.

4 mobile homes for 4/5 are equipped for persons of reduced mobility.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per mobile-home and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday or Sunday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the camp site, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday or Sunday, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

Reception open : Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 12.30 and from 4.00 to 8.00 pm, Saturday from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm, Sunday from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm

How to get to the resort

By car : A9 motorway, from Lyon or Marseile, exit Gallargues N°26 then N113, D979, D62 then the Espiguette beach. From Toulouse, exit N°29 Montpellier Est direction Carnon-Le Grau du Roi.


By train: Grau du Roi, Montpellier or Nîmes railway stations

By plane : Montpellier (20 km) or Nîmes (42 km) airports.
