The residence, situated 300m from the sea and 400m from the shops, is set in an oasis of greenery, along with age-old palm trees.
It is made up of a main building of 5 storeys (with 2 lifts) and 6 small buildings of 2 storeys (without lift)

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Small pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Arrival on Saturday or Sunday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow

How to get to the resort

By car: A8 motorway exit N°44 Antibes / Juan les Pins. After 1 km, D635 direction Cannes Golfe Juan. At Antibes les Pins/Parc Exflora, take direction Cannes/Golfe Juan.The residence is on your right, 100m after the entrance sign to Golfe Juan.

By train: Golfe Juan, Antibes or Cannes railway stations.

By plane :Nice airport (20 km).
