Outdoor non-heated swimming pool, and paddling pool, open from April to the end of October, ping-pong table, fee-paying Internet connection point, launderette (with charge) and free outdoor, closed car park (with limited number of places).

Accomodation

The apartments, which range from the studio apartment for 2 pers to the 2-roomed apartments for 6 pers, are all fully equipped : kitchenette (with vitroceramic hotplate, fridge and microwave), shower room with toilet, television ( with charge), fee-paying Wi-fi access in most apartments and balcony or terrace.

Access to residence for persons with reduced mobility and disabled: Two 2-roomed apartments for 4/5 persons on the first floor are accessible (Please note that there is a step to get to the shower).

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

- Reservation for the thalassotherapy centre
- Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am
Special Christmas and New Year: possibility of arrival and departure on the day of your choice (7-night stay)

Reception opening times(from the beginning of November to the end of March) from 10.00 am to 12.00 and from 3.00 to 6.00 pm

Closed all day Wednesday and Sunday (open from 10.00 am to 12.00 on Sunday during the school holidays)

How to get to the resort

- By car : A8 motorway exit N°37 (Puget/Argens) to Fréjus then follow indications to outdoor nature centre, and Le Forum theatre. At the Géant Casino roundabout,follow direction « Var subdivision Esterel ». The residence is at 300 m from the Géant Casino.
