Evian is situated in the northern part of the Haute Savoie department, on the south bank of Lake Geneva, facing Switzerland.

Your holiday rental

The Residence Les Chalets d’Evian is situated in the heights of Evian les Bains, at the foot of the wooded area. This holiday rental is made up of a total of 101 units, divided between the 19 chalets (apartments for 6 persons) and a small building comprising 44 apartments for 4/5 persons. The accommodation is all built in the pure regional style, blending perfectly into the architectural spirit of the thermal resort of Evian les Bains.

At your disposal

Heated, outdoor swimming pool , with moveable dome, open every day from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (except Saturday - closed in the morning) sauna (with entrance fee), fitness room (at reception opening times), leisure room, ping pong table, billiard table (with a charge), petanque area, children's playground, fee-paying WiFi, launderette (with charge) and free outdoor car park (1 parking space per apartment).

Accomodation

The apartments blend perfectly into the architectural style of the resort. They are all fully equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, micro-wave plus grill, dish washer), bathroom or shower, separate toilet, free television and balcony or terrace.

The 2-roomed apartments are situated in the small 3-storey buildings, with lift.

Three 2-roomed apartments and three 3-roomed apartments are equipped for persons of reduced mobility.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) to be paid on arrival.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.Payment by cheque, cash or credit card.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted (only one pet per apartment) : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, after inventory, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

How to get to the resort

- By car: From Paris: A6 motorway direction Lyon, at the road sign Milan/Genève/Bourg en Bresse, take the A40 motorway direction Milan, Genève, Turin. Exit N°15 (Thonon, vallée verte) after Annemasse.
After the Saint Cergues ativity zone, take the D903 Thonon via Bons en Chablais to the entrance to Thonon. Follow directions to Evian to arrive at Evian les Bains. at the first roundabout of the avenue Anna de Noailles keep straight on to the second roundabout (where there is a large « Evian » sign). At this roundabout, take the lane the most on the right, boulevard Jean Jaurès. Passthe polie station (on your left) and pass the fire brigade and the printer's. Keep straight on for 800 m up to the hospital (on your right).At the stop, straight on, direction Maxilly/Thollon/Bernex. Follow the avenue d’Adondance, pass the train lines, passthe residence Le Belvédère (on your right). Go through the commune of Rond Point and folow the direction Maxilly/Thollon/Bernex. In the commune of Maraiche folow direction Thollon/Bernex. At the junction, take the direction Neuvecelle,follow theavenue de Milly. Pass the shops, pass the hotel Le Moulin à Poivre and a few hundred metres on the left, take the no-through-road Tir aux Pigeons « Résidence Odalys ».
