In a lush, green 80-hectare park, the residence is situated at Castelnuovo del Garda to the south-east of Lake Garda. This is the starting point for many, varied excursions in the heart of the region of Venetia : Verona is at just 21km and Venice at 137kms. The residence is situated in the complex of the Parc Hotel Paradiso & Golf Resort near Lake Garda (5 kms), to which a free shuttle service is available.

Accomodation

The residence is made up of 4 two-storey buildings opposite the « lagon » swimming pool, where day-time activities are laid on, by a team, in the summer.The 2-roomed apartments for 2/4 persons and the 3-roomed apartment for 6 persons are fitted out with an equipped kitchen, shower, toilet and a balcony or a terrace. Air-conditioning is available in al the apartments.

Leisure activities

- Mini-club (reserved for children under 12) and junior club (from 13 to 17 ans) in the high season.

- Evening entertainment with live music, piano bar and shows at the amphitheatre (Parc Hôtel).

- « soft » entertainment for children from mid-April to the end of May (3 or 4 times a week).

Places to visit

- Desenzano : its 4th century Roman villa, its medieval château médiéval and its Civico Archeologico museum.

- Sirmione : the caves of Catullo (Roman archaeological zone).

- Brescia : Town known for its ancient metallurgical tradition. Don't miss the visit of the Roman rotunda, il duomo, its temple and its amphitheatre, representing the most important archaeological group in Lombardy.

- Verona :its Roman arena, il castellovecchio (château) and its museum, the Civico d’Arte museum.

- Venice

- « Gardaland » the largest theme park in Italy and also on e of the best in Europe. It will be a delight to both young and old. Open from April to September.

- The« Parco Natura Viva » : It contains many species of animals and plant in danger of extinction. Open from March to October

How to get to the resort

Coming from Lyon : take the A43 motorway direction Chambéry, St Jean de Maurienne, Modane ; then the A32 direction Turin ; then take the E84 which becomes the A4 direction de Milan, Brescia. At Brescia follow the A4 direction Venice, motorway exit: Peschiera del Garda. At the toll exit, stay in the left-hand lane, take the direction Valeggio Sul Mincio (SR 249). At about 3 kms on the left, entrance to the Parc Hotel and Golf Paradiso complex. The EDEN residence is situated in the complex.

Coming from Marseille : take the A5 motorway, direction Aix-en-Provence ; then take the A8 direction Nice, San Remo ; continue on the A10 direction Genova , take the A7 direction Milan ; then follow the A21 direction Piacenza, Cremona, Brescia ; then continue on the E22 direction Venice, motorway exit: Peschiera del Garda.
