This is a pretty little town at the foot of a wooded hillside, beside the river Lot; it has a very beautiful town hall, set within buildings of Moorish style, with little squares, a fountain, a château, half-timbered houses, the banks of the river Lot, the highest lock in Europe...

This is a country of châteaux (Bonaguil, Duras) including those inhabited by the Albret family and by our good king Henri IV (such as the château Henri IV at Nérac) and of museums : monastic life at the "Abbaye des automates" at Clairac, rural life, foie gras, prunes, water lily garden...

This is also a country ideal for boating activities, irrigated by the three rivers, the Lot, the Garonne and the Baïse. Discover the history of maritime trade and of barges.

Your holiday rental

The site extends over a luxuriant, green park of 4 hectares, set around a little port at the edge of the river Lot. Its comfortable, wooden chalets, with air-conditioning, scattered over this natural setting, offer cosy accommodation, without being isolated (1 km from Castelmoron with its shops and facilities)

Non-heated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool open from the beginning of June to the end of September (weather permitting), petanque area ( boules available to borrow ), ping-pong table (bats available to borrow), Fitness and well-being centre (250 sq m) : Sauna, hammam, 2 spas, relaxation room, massage room : one free entry per person per stay, not allowed under 18, launderette (with charge), free WiFi and outdoor car park.

Accomodation

The wooden chalets, comfortable and with air-conditioning (1st card for the air-conditioning is free, subsequent cards are to be bought), housing between 4 and 8 persons, are scattered over the verdant site, 1 km from Castelmoron and its shops. They are equipped with a kitchen corner (microwave and dishwasher) and with a covered terrace with garden furniture.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) to be paid on the premises. No tourist tax
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted (only 1 pet per mobile-home and dangerous dogs forbidden): up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

- Electric barbecues allowed. Not available for hire.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday from 3.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, after inventory, between 8.00 and 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

Reception

Reception : English / French (open daily from 9.00 am to 12.00 and 4.00 to 7.00 pm, except Saturday 8.00 am to 12.00 and 3.00 to 8.00 pm. NB: closed on Wednesdays except in July and August.

How to get to the resort

By car:
Motorway the "2 Mers" A61, exit n° 6 Damazan-Aiguillon. Take direction Villeneuve sur Lot by the D666 and Castelmoron sur Lot by the D13. After the bridge, go past the square and turn right at the roundabout.
