Location

Capbreton is the oldest and most important port of the Landes region
and is also nowadays a dynamic seaside resort offering beaches and many forms of water sports pleasures with complete, up-to-date structures (casino, a host of different activities) 25 km from Bayonne and Biarritz.

Accommodation

The Residence is situated 1,5 km from the beaches. Several 2-storey buildings are scattered amongst pine forests in the heart of a superb, landscaped park. Spacious apartments are on offer for your holiday rental, all of which are fully fitted out with luxury equipment : kitchenette (mini-oven, electric hotplate, hood, dishwasher), bathroom or shower, separate toilet (except in studio apartments) and balcony or terrace.
The following are at your disposal : outdoor, non-heated swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September, table tennis, paying billiard table, bowls area, launderette (with charge) and free outdoor car park
