Your holiday rental

The Residence is situated 1,5 km from the beaches. It is made up of several 2-storey buildings, scattered amongst pine forests in the heart of a superb, landscaped park.

At the same time as enjoying the peace and quiet of a natural setting it is situated close to the town centre (800 m from the market), to the fishing port and pleasure marina and to the casino (2 km)

The following are at your disposal : non-heated outdoor swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September, ping-pong, petanque area, volley-ball court, fee-paying billiards, fee-paying internet reception, launderette (with charge) and free outdoor car park

Accomodation

The spacious apartments, from the studio apartment for 2 to the duplex apartment for 6, are all fully fitted out : kitchenette (with microwave and dishwasher), bathroom or shower, separate toilet (except in studio apartments), television (with charge), fee-paying Wi-fi access and balcony or terrace.

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5 and 8 pm
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow

Closed all day Wednesday and on Sunday afternoon

How to get to the resort

· By car : Motorway A63 from Paris, at Capbreton direction town centre. After the tjown hall
mairie, roundabout of the fountain, Pass the little bridge, then first on the left after the bridge
Go right to the end of the no-through road.

· By train: Bayonne railway station

By plane: Biarritz Parme airport (30 km).
