The residence is situated at the heart of a wooded park of 7000 m2 in a residential area of Cannes, just 2km from the Croisette.

The apartments, studios for 2 or 2-roomed apartments for 4, are divided up between two 3-floor buildings and are all fully equipped: kitchenette (with microwave and dishwasher), bathroom or shower, separate toilet, television, and terrace


The following are at your disposal: non-heated outdoor swimming pool, open from May to September, tennis, mini-golf, table tennis, table football, French billiards, library, catering service, Wi-Fi zone, fee-paying underground car park (to be booked).

How to get to the resort

• By car : A8 exit 42 Cannes centre, Le Cannet, Mougins. Follow direction Broussailles hospital, then take the rue Vert Coteau opposite the main entrance of the hospital and the first road on the right.

• By train : Cannes railway station. Link by bus number 2 or taxi.
