The following are at your disposal : non-heated, outdoor swimming pool open from April to the end of September, with terrace, launderette (with charge), fee-paying internet at the reception, garage for wind surfs and bikes, fee-paying indoor and outdoor car parks (with limited number of places, to be reserved).

1200 m² of well-being with : whirlpool bath with under-water jets, special taps, bubbling bath and waterfall, acquagym lessons, fitness room, relaxation area, with herbal tea. Accomodation

The 45 apartments, ranging from the studio apartment for 2 to the 3-roomed apartment for 6 people, are all fully equipped : kitchenette (electric hotplate, fridge, microwave and dishwasher in some apartments), bathroom, separate toilet (except in the studio apartments), fee-paying television and balcony, with garden furniture.
They are all situated on the 1st to the 6th floor (no ground floor apartments), with view either of the sea or of the mountains

Two 2-roomed apartments for 4 pers (one overlooking the sea, one overlooking the mountains), are equipped for persons of reduced mobility, with bathroom containing toilet.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax (over 13 years) to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Only one pet per apartment.

- Rental of parking spot: if available, to be reserved with the residence. (The residence does not have enough parking spots for the number of apartments)
- Public, fee-paying car park, 800m from the residence
- Swimming shorts forbidden in the swimming pool of the residence

Arrival on Saturday between 5 and 8 pm
In case of arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, after inventory, before 10 am

How to get to the resort

· By car: Motorway A9 Catalane motorway, exit Perpignan Nord
direction Canet en Roussillon, D81 and D86 then direction Canet Plage Sud, Saint Cyprien road

· By train : Perpignan railway station, direct link to Canet Plage by bus (terminus station to get to the residence, journey about 30 to 40 min) or taxi.

· By Plane: PERPIGNAN airport ( 15 km), bus and taxi links.
